Hanukkah Bear

Today on Christmas Day Hanukkah, the Jewish celebration of light begins. The festival all Jewish children look forward to! We sit comfortably on the couch, nice and warm by the fireside, and we use the opportunity to read a lovely picture book about Hanukkah to the little monsters. Although they still remember what the Hanukkah celebration is, from previous years. ;))

This is how the story begins... An old bear trudges through the snow. He's hungry and it's cold! Then he smells something nice and he follows his nose. When he bangs on the door where the wonderful smell comes from, the door opens immediately.
