1 apple
1 ripe banana
3 oranges
75ml non fat natural yogurt

optional ice cubes

Tasty and healthy, a good breakfast or an in between meals snack on a busy day.

Juice the oranges.

Peel the banana, cut into chunks.

Peel and cut the apple.

Add the yoghurt and blend until smooth.
