What's more fun in the fall than sticking these beautifully coloured autumn leaves on the windows? It's even more fun to combine them with the pumpkins you folded last year. Today we are going to do another easy folding job and then we will decorate the windows with our work.
How to fold the autumn leaves
Fold 2 leaves of kitepaper in half.
Cut both leaves in half, keep 3 pieces.
Cut off 3 cm, now they are 13 cm long and 8 cm wide.
Fold the first piece in half. lengthwise.
Open up and fold the corners inwards.
Open and fold the corners on the line.
Fold the bottem corners to the middle line.
Turn the paper and fold the bottom corners to the middle line.
Fold the 2 remaining pieces of paper in the same way
Cut the 2 smallest pieces of paper
Cut two pieces of paper of 9cm long and 5 cm wide.
Fold both the rectangular pieces of paper in half.
Fold the bottom corners of the papers to the middle line.
Fold the top corners to the middle line.
Fold the bottom corners open and fold to the folding line.
Fold the bottom corners to the middle line.
Now the folding of the autumn leaf is done.
Stick the loose parts together.
Cut out a brown stem.
Stick the stem on the back of the leaf.
Make make more autumn leaves, in various colours and sizes.
Stick the autumn leaves on your window, together with last year's pumpkins.
