The German Sibylle von Olfers is the author/illustrator of, among other things, this beautiful picture book: The Story of the Wind Children. Sibylle von Olfers lived from 1881 to 1916, she was an art teacher, a nun and she also wrote and illustrated the most beautiful children's books.
