Ik ken al 25 paddenstoelen

Swedish illustrator Björn Bergenholz has our Dutch mushrooms well aranged and beautifully pictured in I already know 25 mushrooms. He tells you everything about them, illustrated with detailed drawings. A lovely book, but not a bargain.

Our mini-monsters are - like most children - real nature lovers. They take home everything you find in the outdoors that is lying loose. Branches, feathers, pine cones, acorns, chestnuts, beech nuts and bags full of beautifull coloured leaves ;)) What they do not (not allowed) take home are mushrooms and we see them a lot. Just here in Rotterdam, in the Kralingse Bos or even in our own back yard..

 

In addition to the 25 mushrooms, there are also all kinds of berries that you can find outside discussed in the book, very nice! Three more parts have been published in this Ik ken al (I already know) series, 25 flowers, 25 trees and 25 birds, also fun! Unfortunately these books are not translated into English.
