What do you need?
metal craft foil
2 sticky eyes or gems
nylon thread
glitter glue, gold
scissors
How to make the snake
Trace a cirkel on the foil and cut it out.
Cut around in the circle until almost in the middle.
Cut in the middle the head and cut a point to the tail.
Trace the cut out snake head with a pencil
Cut out the head, so the snake has a jaw.
Cut out the forked tong from red foil.
Stick the jaw to the underside of the head by brushing a little glue on the edge of the back of the jaw, so the mouth is open.
Stick the jaw on the snake, let it dry with a clothes peg on.
Thread the nylon through the head and knot a loop at the top.
Press gems on the head (eyes) and sharp canines.
Hang the snake in your room and watch it turn around with it's beautiful glistening eyes! Happy Chinese New Year!
