Keverkriebels (Beetle jitters) by Geert-jan Roebens and Stefan Halewijn is a very interesting book for children who love insects. Like our mini-monsters for example :)) Their mums and grans are scared of bugs but the kids think they are so beautiful.
They search for insects in the garden, they let them walk over their little hands and photograph every insect they see. You can see the pictures in snazzie's garden blogs. Now you know why they like this book so much.
The information in this book is serious, not childish, but fun, there's a lot in it that we didn't know at all. As well as about beetles from abroad and about our Dutch beetles.
The photos in these books are so beautiful, you will look at these animals very differently, when the book is out. We are still happy with this series because these books are the very best for animal lovers!
3 radiant stars for Keverkriebels, (Beetle Jitters), from the little listeners and the readers!
