2 tablespoons double cream
250g white chocolate
orange fondant icing, cut out crowns
orange m&m's
orange and yellow sprinkles
The day after tomorrow we are going to have a lovely treat because today we are already making King's Day chocolate. It is not difficult to make at all, ready quickly and the chocolate can set in the refrigerator overnight. So do mind, start at least one day earlier!
How to make King's Day chocolate
Take a saucepan, fill with a layer of water and place a fireproof bowl on top
Bring the layer of water to a boil.
Add the cream to the bowl.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Place it in the bowl and melt au bain marie.
Place baking paper in a baking tin.
Stir the chocolate briefly.
Then pour it into the baking tin.
Tilt the baking tin, so the chocolate can run out.
Divide the crowns and M&M's on top of it.
Finally scatter the sprinkles over the chocolate.
Place the baking tin in the refrigerator overnight, to let the chocolate set
Cut the slab of chocolate into triangles.
Serve it with tea, or wrap to dole them out.
