a small bag of kruidnootjes
50g Tony"s chocolate
2 tablespoons of milk or single cream
coloured sprinkles
Quickly done and the kids have fun in anticipation, decorating kruidnootjes (little Sinterklaas gingerbread cookies). Bake your own or buy ready made. The kids love them but they save some for Sinterklaas and Piet anyway...
How to decorate kruidnootjes
Melt the chocolate au bain marie.
Stir in the milk or cream.
Cover the kruidnootjes in chocolate.
Spread them on baking paper.
Scatter sprinkles on the wet chocolate. Allow the kruidnootjes to dry then roll them over so the underside can dry as well.
