How to make Rooster cookies
Make the dough with the recipe on our PDF.
Grab the dough from the fridge, knead it briefly.
Roll it and cut out Roosters with a coockie cutter.
Place the roosters on a baking tray lined with waxed paper.
Place the baking tray 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Slide the biscuits into the middle of the oven.
Bake in 10 - 12 minutes light brown.
Allow to cool on the tray, then on a wire rack.
While the biscuits are cooling you start on the decoration
Roll the fondant thinly.
Cut out red roosters.
Stick them on the biscuits.
Cut out pink roosters.
Because the fondant icing lies on icing sugar, you can stick the fondant on the biscuits with a drop of water brushed on the back
Stick the roosters on the biscuits.
Allow the water a moment to dry.
Decorate the roosters with gold paint.
Let the gold paint dry.
Draw black eyes on the roosters.
