150g soft butter
150g caster sugar
1 small free range organic egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
icing sugar, to dust
a bag of soft caramel fudge

How to make lion's paw print cookies
Make the vanilla biscuits dough from the PDF
Roll out the dough.
Cut out circles.
Place on baking paper.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Bake the biscuits for ± 10 minutes.
Allow to cool shortly on the baking tray.
Then cool completely on a wire rack.
Do not yet turn off the oven!
Roll out the fudge.
Cut out small hearts and circles.
Place the fudge on the cookies.
Slide the cookies back into the oven.
In 2 minutes the fudge will stick to the cookies
Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack.
ROARRRRR!
