Today we are baking Lego biscuits and Lego cupcakes. We have a creative boy who is turning 10 and who can build beautifully with Lego. He has so much imagination and he puts it all into his Lego constructions. His favorite flavour for the tastiest cakes and cookies, however, remains still the same: vanilla and vanilla. The birthday boy gets to choose! :))
How to bake Lego Biscuits
Make the dough from our recipe and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Knead the dough.
Roll it to a 0.5cm thickness.
Cut out Lego dolls.
Place them on the baking tray.
Place the biscuits for at least 60 minutes in the fridge, so they do not run out
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Press the stamp on some biscuits for those who don't like fondant.
Bake the Lego biscuits for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Let the biscuits cool completely on the baking tray.
Roll the icing thinly.
Cut out the dolls.
Press on the stamp.
Make the dolls in a batch. ;))
Do the same with the clothes.
Cut off heads and hands.
Cut the clothing in half.
Now you can mix and match the clothes, find a fun colour shirt matching a cool colour pants
Stick the icing on the biscuits and let it dry a minute.
The bischuits turned out fun and the Birthday Boy loves them!
