How to make sheep biscuits
Download the PDF and make the dough accordingly
Madelief makes sheep, Eef only wants bunnies.
Roll the dough to approximately 1 cm thickness.
Cut the sheep out of the dough.
Place them on a tray and move them to the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Leave the biscuits 1 hour in the fridge, so they do not run out.
They did run out anyway! Bake the biscuits 10-12 minutes.
Melt the chocolate au bain marie (on a pan with hot water).
Spread generously melted chocolate on the biscuits.
Stick halved almonds into the wet chocolate, the ears.
Give all the sheep a dark chocolate eye.
These sheep would look lovely on our Easter table too, so come March / April we bake some more! ;D
