250g fresh lychees
250ml coconut water
½ a lime

optional: ice cubes

From mid-November fresh lychees appear on the market and in stores. We make a nice healthy smoothie of them! Those who do not like fibers can sieve them out, but do mind ... they are very healthy!

How to make a Lychee Smoothie

Peel the lychees by squeezing them, the skin will burst open.

Cut them in half and remove the stones, the stones can be quite large.

Place the fruit, lime juice and coconut water in the blender

Blend the smoothie until it is frothy.

Add ice cubes to taste.

How delicious!
