Puk made a beautiful lantern at school, which teacher would like to leave in the classroom for a while. Puk says: "This craft is so easy, it's really fun for snazzie. Shall I show it to you?" "Yes, please!" we say. "Can I have your phone to take pictures?" Of course ;))) Puk knows the drill! We take pictures in turn ;)))
How to make Puk's lantern
Fold the sheet of paper in half.
Turn the closed side toward you.
Try to make even cuts to the end.
Or place a skewer along the cuts.
Use the wooden stick to make all the cuts the same length, but maybe you are able to do it without it
When all the cuts are made ...
... you brush glue on 1 outer edge.
Press the glued edge firmly for a moment.
Slide paperclips on the top and bottom.
Allow the glue to dry completely.
Place your candle in the glass jar.
Light the candle and find your lantern a good spot.
The darker it gets, the more beutiful your lantern shines!
When it's bedtime we take the lantern upstairs and it may stay on until the chapter is finished, then we blow the candle out together!
