Today we are making a beautiful snowdrop light for Candlemas. All you need is photo cardstock, tissue paper and glue. Cutting out the cardboard with a knife is a job for an adult, but your children can do the cutting with scissors and pasting beautifully!
How you make such a beautiful snowdrop light too
Download, print and cut out our pattern
Place the pattern on the cardboard.
Trace the pattern onto the cardboard.
Cut out the cardboard and then the window.
Score both the sides.
Fold the side parts.
Now the window can stand straight.
Cut out the snowdrop.
Cut out the sky and the earth.
Place the window upside down and flat.
Stick the sky and ground in the window.
Turn the window back and stick on the snowdrop.
Allow the glue to dry and put up the Snow Drop window.
The window looks pretty in the window or on the seasonal table and when it's dark we light the candle!
