Shopping list
a bag of marshmallows
white rolled fondant
pink rolled fondant
a piece white chocolate
lollipop sticks
a black, edible feltpen
a wooden skewer
a straw
Use the wooden skewer to poke holes in the marshmallows.
Melt a little piece of white chocolate au bain marie.
Stir the chocolate gently and turn of the heat.
Dip the lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate.
Stick the lollipop stick with the chocolate side into the holes in the marshmallows
Set aside and let the chocolate set.
Roll out the white fondant not too thinly.
Cut out the white ears first.
Sprinkle your baking mat with icing sugar and roll the pink fondant thinly.
Stick the pink inner ears with water on the white ears.
Let the melted white chocolate on the bunny ears harden in the refrigerator
Draw faces on the marsgmallows using the black edible marker.
Stick pink noses on the bunnies, use also melted chocolate.
Finally you tie some coloured paper ribbons around the lollipop
With the ribbons you make the Bunny lollipops look extra festive
Allow the melted chocolate to set in the refrigerator.
