a bag marshmallows
white rolled fondant
pink rolled fondant
a piece white chocolate
lollipop sticks
a black, edible feltpen
a wooden skewer
a straw

Today we are making yummie sweet Easter lollipops for the little monsters, an Easter surprise. They lollipops are ready quickly and we already know that the little ones will be happy with them.
 
Here's how you make funny Easter lollipops

Use the wooden skewer to poke holes in the marshmellows.

Melt a little piece of white chocolate au bain marie.

Stir the chocolate gently and turn of the heat.

Dip the lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate.

Stick the lollipop stick with the chocolate side into the holes in the marshmellows

Set aside and let the chocolate set.

Roll out the white fondant not too thinly.

Cut out the white ears first.

Sprinkle your baking mat with icing sugar and roll the pink fondant thinly.

Cut the pink ears one size smaller than the white.
 
 

Stick the pink inner ears with water on the white ears.

Stick 2 ears on each marshmallow with melted chocolate.
 
 

Let the melted white chocolate on the bunny ears harden in the refrigerator

Draw faces on the marsgmellows using the black edible marker.

Stick pink noses on the bunnies, use also melted chocolate.

Finally you tie some coloured paper ribbons around the lollipop

Allow the melted chocolate to set in the refrigerator.
