150g soft butter
140g icing sugar, sifted

25g black fondant icing

The days are already getting sunny and warmer and there is a lot of buzzing in the garden. The bees fly back and forth to the spring flowers, summer is coming. Today we are making mini bee cupcakes. Because bees are such useful and beautiful creatures!
How to make bee cupcakes
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

Beat the butter with the sugar until pale and fluffy.
Melt the white chocolate au bain marie.
Fold the chocolate into the buttercream.
Spoon the butter cream into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe 3 circles on the cupcakes, like a beehive
Make little bees from fondant icing, while your waiting.
Pipe a buttercream beehive on each cupcake.
Stick the bees on fondant icing, if you do not like buttercream.
