Tomorrow it's Michaelmas Day so it's all about dragons here! We gathered and dried leaves and we cut all kinds of small leaves from the garden to make these fun dragons, from real leaves.
How to make a dragon from leaves
We start with it's back.
Use your paper well.
Stick on the belly.
Find a head to match.
Stick the head onto the neck.
Now fit the legs to the body.
Stick the legs on.
Opposite me, Puk is very busy, choosing the best leaves and sticking them on, he does everything himself...
Puk lays the leaves on the paper.
He sticks the leaves on.
He makes a long tail.
With a point and spikes.
Puk glues little trees near the dragon.
He adds grass and clouds to the picture.
Done! Now we let the glue dry.
Set the dargon aside till tomorrow, then the glue is completely dry
Paint the background a nice colour. if you like and let the paint dry.
Puk loves to have the dragen framed, he is very proud of it!
Have fun on Michaelmas Day!
