200 ml sweetened condensed milk
150 ml double cream
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 tablespoon of water
Stir water and cocoa to replace the coffee.
A nice recipe for older kids, surprise your parents with this delicious coffee ice cream with Amaretto. It's very nice for adults but not for kids. Therefore, you make - with a small adjustment - chocolate ice cream for all ages also.
If you're using the ice machine: Put the container a day before in the freezer.
Make half a cup espresso and add the Amaretto.
Measure milk and cream and pour it into a bowl.
Mix the ingredients together until it thickens.
Add the half cup espresso or the chocolate paste to the mixture.
Fold the coffee quickly and light into the ice cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into the container from the ice maker or in a freezer box.
Let the ice maker churn for half an hour and the ice cream is ready.
Without an ice maker: Place the freezer box with the coffee ice cream in the freezer. Run 3 rtimes a fork through it, every two hours. Allow the ice cream to stay overnight in the freezer.
Leave the ice cream half an hour to set in the freezer or keep it there for later.
Take the ice cream out 10 minutes before serving then it tastes best. Garnish with chocolate coffee beans.
