What do you need?
peg dolls
various colours of light blue felt
a small piece of yellow felt
a small piece of brown felt
matching yarn & needles
1 wooden bead
1 wooden stick
pink chalk
small brush
hobby glue
Now King Winter has his spot on the winter table, there is still enough room for a few friends. Today we make a few Winter Gnomes, then the winter table will look a lot cozier;)
How to make Winter gnomes
Start with downloading, printing en cutting out the pattern
Pin the patterns on the felt.
Cut them out.
Pin the felt on the doll.
Sew the felt with the blanket stitch.
When the under garment and the hat are ready we sew on the cape
Sew the cape on with 3 stitches.
Put the hat on and tie on the scarf.
Make 2 more gnomes in the same way.
In priciple the Winter Gnomes are now ready but we like to make a little lantern for the one who walks in front
Here is how you make the lantern
Pin on the pattern then cut out the parts.
Sew the parts together.
Tie the lantern on the stick.
Glue the stick into the bead.
Now the gnomes are ready to go on the winter table.
Soon we will also make a bird and a polar bear to put on the winter table!
