Today we are folding daisies to decorate the windows, it is Mother's Day this coming Sunday. It is a fun activity that even the little ones can participate in. The daisies are a lot bigger than those in the garden ;))
The Daisies make the window very pretty and also nice, on June 4 and 5 it's Whitsun, So we'll leave the Daisies on the window until june 6, the tulips we will remove until next year. If the sun will shine on Mother's Day, the window will be absolutely beautiful for Mum. We'll keep our fingers crossed!
How to fold Daisies
Fold the kite paper twice diagonally in half.
Fold both sides of the paper to the middle line.
Fold both bottom points to the middle line.
Fold the little point on top inward.
Turn the petal over, it is ready now.
Fold the remaining 7 petals in the same way.
The folding of the daisy is finished, now we cut the heart and stem of the flower
Cut a circle out of yellow kite paper..
Fold a thin strip of green paper.
Stick the petals on top of each other on the vey edge.
Stick the heart and the stem on the daisy.
Allow the glue to dry completely.
Stick the daisy on the window and make some more.
Wishing you all a happy Mother's Day in advance!
