The brightly colored Mr. Men and Little Miss books by Roger Hargreaves are globally known and loved. Since the first little book was published in 1971 to the last in 1990 by the original author 47 little Mr. Men booklets were printed as well as 34 Little Miss.
After the death of Roger Hargreaves his son Adam has continued his father's series into a modern version but in the same familiar drawing style. He has also published the series Mr. Men and Little Miss Celebrations, these books are all about sports and special festive days.
Because it's April we dug up Mr. Impossible and the Easter Egg Hunt and since then the book has been read (to) many times. There are a lot of Mr. Man and Little Miss books translated into Dutch but this festive series is regrettably not.
