For a sweet little girl who loves Mickey & Minnie very much, we are baking Disney cookies today. She is moving, a long way away so we are going to miss her! With the shapes, figuring out the heads is no problem, but the faces, you have to do that yourself. We use a straw for the oven and the buttons on Mickey's pants. You can draw details with the edible marker pen, do your best, but then you have something! ;))
How to make Mickey and Minnie cookies
Cover the baking tray with waxed paper and preheat the oven to 170°C
Roll the biscuits to 1cm thickness.
Cut out the shapes.
Place all on the baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow the biscuits to rest a moment on the baking tray.
We first make the pants, they are ready quickly!
Use a thick straw to cut out the buttons.
Cut the pants out of red icing.
Stick it all on with a drop of water.
Cut out the white faces with the bottom of the cutter and cut the rest by hand.
Cut bows, tongues and mouths by hand and use a straw for the eyes and the noses.
Draw Mickey's nose and Minnie's lashes with the edible marker, press sprinkles on the bows.
