The story begins like this: Miep the Mouse lives in the forest but she often can be found in a little hole, on the farm. For months, she's been hearing the farmer's wife mumbling while knitting: "Insert, turn over, pull through, and let it slide." While the farmer's wife says it, Miep repeats the magical words; she really wants to knit too!
But today, the farmer's wife shouts: "This is the wrong color!" and throws the ball of yarn in the corner. Miep seizes her chance and the ball of yarn. And so Noodle's knitting adventure begins, but how will it end?
