We make mini brownies to goo with our tea. The kids love the chocolate taste too. But such a large piece is way to rich for their little tummies, so we cut small cubes, especially for the mini-monsters.
How to make mini-brownies
Melt the chocolate together with the butter, au bain marie.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix the flour with the sugar and the sifted cocoa in a big bowl.
Add the melted butter/chocolate to the flour mixture and stir it in until combined. Then whisk in the eggs one at a time.
Line the baking tin with waxed paper and pour in the brownie batter. Bake the brownies 30-35 minutes, they should be moist on the inside.
Let the brownies cool first, then slice them into small squares.
Especially for the mini-monsters dust the brownies with icing sugar.
