4 slices of sandwich bread, white
½ a bunch of radish
½ a cucumber
piece of cream cheese, plain
sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Today is a beautiful sunny Spring day and from Friday on there are temperatures of above 20°C predicted! But this afternoon already we have tea in the garden, with these cute little sandwiches, so cozy!
How to make Fresh Spring Sandwiches
Neatly cut the crusts from the bread.
Spread cream cheese on the four slices of bread.
Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips.
Slice the radishes very thinly too.
Place cucumber en radish on two slices bread.
Press the other two slices on top.
Cut the bread diagonally into four pieces.
Place the sandwiches on a pretty dish then serve them with tea.
