In Creepy Village there is also a spooky Pumpkin Patch. Make sense if you know who the villagers are ... but you have to wait a little while longer to meet the residents!
How to make the Pumpkin Patch
Saw off the 2.5 cm beam square cubes.
Sand the cubes on all sides really smooth.
Saw off little pieces of round wood mm in length.
Sand the little pegs on both ends smooth.
Draw a diagonal cross on the cubes.
Drill a hole on the crossing.
Paint the top and all around the cubes.
Allow the paint to dry thoroughly before you continue.
Paint the ends of the pegs brown or green, let it dry.
Gently tap the pegs half-way into the holes.
Paint the underside of the pumpkins, allow to dry again.
Draw faces on the pumpkins with the black marker
Saw 6 cubes from the thinner slat and sand them.
Twist holes in them using a ferret drill, push in sticks.
Paint the little pumpkins just like you did the big ones.
Give the pumpkins a coat of varnish then the paint will stay on longer if kids play with it.
Paint the patch dark brown, sprinkle fine gravel on the wet paint.
Break ice lolly sticks in uneven pieces then glue them on a small slat.
Varnish the fences, let them dry well then stick them around the patch.
Stck on a sign and scatter some fake leaves on the ground.
Place the pumpkins in the Pumpkin Patch.
On Thursday October 18th we make the villagers!
