A very short recap of the story: it is about two sisters, Jules and Sylvie, of which one got killed by accident, leaving the other one behind and wondering what happens when you die. Will you really never come back?
The story has a magical, spiritual touch in the form of a fox that is born not far from the house of Jules. The two get a strong bond and alternately you read the thoughts of Juul and those of the fox.
Important to know in a tragic teen book is that the moving story ends beautiful and hopeful. It is a real American ending.
