When visiting the RMO (National Museum of Antiquities) we saw this pretty picture book, Noeja the Hippopotamus - Adventure on the Nile. We wanted to know more about it and we saw it right away: this is a beautiful book! In the Museum shop we also got a beautiful bookmark, as a gift, very nice! Now we regularly experience an exciting adventure on the Nile, with a funny, sweet Hippopotamus and the little Egyptian princess Kiva.
The exciting, funny story was written by an Education employee of the museum: Timo Epping. It is his first children's book but hopefully it will not be his last. The beautiful illustrations are by Veronica Nahmias. (We are sorry to tell you this book is not translated into the Engelish language).
