75g Tony's milk chocolate
3 tablespoons single cream
Oreo double cream cookies
heart sprinkles
pink and red sprinkles
sticks for lollipops
Today we make Valentine pops from Oreos, fun for the kids to do and to give to friends and/or girlfriends on Valentine's Day. We used milk chocolate, a favorite of our mini-monsters, but white chocolate looks also fun.
We melted 75 grams of chocolate and made 6 pops. We could easily have made more because we only put one side of the pops in, that seemed like enough chocolate ;) So melt a little less or make more pops!

How to make Valentine pops
Bring a layer water to the boil.
Chop the chocolate and place it in a heat proof bowl.
Add the single cream and let the chocolate melt.
Take the biscuits apart then stick the sticks in.
Stick the lollipop sticks in the melted chocolate then prees the in the Oreo's filling.
Press the halves back on top and allow the chocolate to set.
Stir the melted chocolate and dip in one side of the oreo.
Sprinkle sugar hearts and sprinkles on the still wet chocolate.
Allow the Valentine pops to set on a sheet of baking paper.
Now you can present the pops or wrap them nicely first.
Happy Valentine's Day!
