Origami Tulips

What do you need?
origami sheets or folding sheets, 15x15cm
wooden fork or spoon
a pair of scissors

Today we fold tulips but don't be alarmed by this long blog, it seems like a long-lasting craft but it actually goes very quickly. We clearly want to show you every step, so that your tulips will turn out very beautiful. In the next blog we will show you how to make the stem and leaf. Otherwise keep scrolling :))

This is how you fold a tulip

Put the sheet diagonal in front of you.

Fold it from bottom to top.

Fold the sheet double, to the right.

Now it looks like this.

Fold the sheet in half.

Turn half and double again.

Fold all corners inward.

Make the folds sharp.

Turn your sheet half way.

Fold it in half.

Turn it half way.

Fold the bottom point up.

Open the cube.

and press it downwards.

Flip your craft upside down and repeat opening the cube again and flattening it as well

Both sides now look the same.

Keep the open side on top.

Fold the sides inward.

Rub the folds sharp.

Flip upside down and repeat.

Turn to the smooth side.

Fold an edge on both sides.

Cut off a tiny little point, in blog ll you'll see why.

Open the tulip carefully and set it aside.

Just keep going, you're nearly there! Go to blog ll and make the stem and the leaf!
