0.5 kg new potatoes
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons salted butter


Honey Miso Garlic Drizzle
2 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Here is how you make miso-honey-garlic new potatoes

Schrub the potatoes clean then cut them in wedges.

Wash the cut potatoes again to remove excess starch.

Put the potatoes on, under cold water with vinegar.

Let the potato parts boil for 20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes then let them dry.

Spread them on a covered baking tray.

Melt the butter, stir it into the oil.

Turn on the gril om medium heat

Drizzle it on the potatoes.

Rub it in well.

Broil for 15-20 minutes.

Toss them every 5 minutes.

When the potatoes are brown and crispy, we coat them with the miso-honey-garlic sauce.

Here is how to make the sauce

Dissolve the miso in the hot water.

Stir in the garlic powder and honey.

Coat the potatoes with the sauce.

Broil the potatoes for 2 - 3 more minutes.
