with our basic recipe
They are sweet, these chicks, nests and bunnies! But they look cute on the Easter table and you do not have to eat them all. Make the decorations with the kids who can do it probably all by themselves.
Cut circles from fondant icing.
Press the circles onto the cupcakes.
Roll 2 yellow balls, 1 head and 1 body.
Shape wings from yellow fondant.
Press them onto the chicks.
They stick with a drop of water.
Give the chicks a tuft.
Stick little orange beaks onto the chicks.
Roll tiny eyes and snakes for the legs.
Squeeze green fondant through the garlic press for grass.
Stick the grass with some water onto the cupcakes.
For the bunnies you roll 1 larger, 1 smaller and 4 little balls of each colour.
Rol 2 pieces fondant into cylinders for ears. Stick all together with water.
Stick the ears to the heads with a drop of water.
You can make the bunnies in different colours.
Roll small pieces of coloured fondant thin.
Punch out flowers and stick them onto the cupcakes.
Press a silver pearl In the heart of the flower.
Give the bunnies a face with 3 tiny sprinkles.
For the nests you cut circles and press out brown twigs.
Stick the twigs on the cupcakes with some water.
Push a dent in the cupcakes with a teaspoon.
Press the chocolate-dragee eggs in the dents.
The nests were last, all cupcakes are ready now!
