Today we make Easter Bunny Pops for the kids, they are actually decorated marshmallows on a stick ;) For this recipe the exact quantity of ingredients differ on how many pops you want to make. We made six of each and used 50g chocolate per colour, we had some leftover white.
How to make Easter Pops
Heat a layer of water.
Chop the chocolate chunky.
Place a fireproof bowl on the pan.
Add the cooking cream.
Allow the white chocolate to melt then stir it briefly
Dip the sticks in white chocolate then stick into the marshmallows.
Allow the sticks to dry then dip the marshmallows into the chocolate.
Dip the wet marshmallows in the yellow and green mixed sprinkles.
Poke the marshmallow pops in halve a melon and allow the white chocolate to set completely
Start over and make with the milk chocolate brown marshmallow pops, in the same way
Dip the marshmallows in milk chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to set again.
Shape brown fondant ears.
Shape fondant icing eyes and noses and stick them on.
The Easter Pops look very cute!
