250 g Easter pasta
1/2 zucchini/1/2 egg plant/1/2 onion
100g chestnut mushrooms
10-120 cherry tomatoes
100g ham, cubed
4 tablespoons tomato puree
a splash of water
piece of Parmesan cheese
For the kids we make a quick and easy Easter pasta, with lots of vegetables, tomato sauce and cheese!
How to make Easter pasta
Easter pasta by Albert Heijn.
Bring a pan water to the boil.
Wash the vegetables.
Chop all vegetables very fine.
Cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake the veg until soft.
Bake the ham a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes.
Stir in tomato puree and water.
Drain the pasta.
Spoon pasta and sauce on a warmed plate.
Stir it all together and grate cheese on top.
