400g pasta (Bucatini)
1 courgette
1 large red onion
1 red bell pepper
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tin of tuna (in water or oil)
2 tablespoons of non fat eco yoghurt
1 tablespoon low fat mayonnais
½ teaspoon paprika powder
sea salt and pepper to taste
optional:
a green salad and bread
With a pasta salad you can put a tasty and healthy dish on the table in no time at all. You will please everyone with it because young and older both love it. Today we put tuna in it, but a pasta salad with chicken, salmon or pesto is also delicious.
How to make a pasta salad
Start by washing and cutting the vegetables.
Wash the lettuce and tomatoes, drain the lettuce but prepare it at the last minute.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil then add the pasta.
Fry the chopped vegetables in the olive oil until al dente.
Rinse the pasta under the cold tap then put it in a large bowl.
Fold the vegetables into the pasta.
Fold in the loosened tuna too.
Stir mayo and spices into the yogurt.
Finally fold the sauce into the pasta salad.
Serve the pasta salad optional with a green salad and some bread.
