How to make a peach - raspberry smoothie
Place custard powder and sugar in a bowl, add 30ml milk.
Stir it together until smooth without lumps.
Pour the remaining 120 ml milk in a pan, bring it to the boil.
Add the custard mixture to the milk, keep stirring.
Allow the custard to boil softly for a couple of minutes while you keep stirring. The custard thickens, be careful it does not burn!
Allow the custard to cool in a bowl.
Press foil on top, it prevents skin forming.
Squeeze the oranges.
Rinse the peaches with cold water then drain them.
Place peaches and rasberries in the blender.
Keep a peach and some raspberries aside.
Add the custard and the orange juice, then blend.
Pour the smoothies in glasses with ice cubes.
Put in a straw, some fruit and your smoothie is ready!
