150g butter
200g milk chocolate
250g digestive biscuits
200g soft light brown sugar
300g peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make the Peanut Butter Cubes
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate au bain marie.
Melt the butter on a back burner.
Crush the cookies with a rolling pin.
Add the sugar and the crumbs to the melted butter and stir it in.
Add the peanut butter and vanilla flavour to the butter/sugar mixture.
Stir it all together firmly until it has become well combined and smooth.
The mixture should be grainy and soft as in the photo.
Spoon the cake mixture into the baking tin.
Press it with a spoon until it is a compact bottom.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the cake bottom.
Balance the tin back&forth, the chocolate must cover the whole cake.
Let the chocolate layer cool completely.
Put the cake tin for 30 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the fridge to harden.
Remove the cake from the freezer and lift it in the paper from the form.
Cut the irregular outer edges neatly from the cake.
Cut the cake with a large sharp knife into long strips.
Cut the long strips of cake into equal square blocks.
