And here it is, the final book of the trilogy about Podkin One Ear: The Beasts of Grimheart. We have been looking forward to it and the book does not disappoint. Just like the two previous ones, this book is also exciting and cool and many of our questions are answered. But is this really the final book or isn't it? Because there remain also many questions unanswered ... We do hope there will be more because we are bummed the trilogy has ended!
The brilliant illustrations by David Wyatt give the fantasy story a face. As far as we are concerned, writer and illustrator are a 100% match. Don't forget to check out David Wyatt's website because in addition to the Podkin One Ear trilogy he has illustrated for many famous British writers. All very cool andbeautiful and in various styles, but always detailed and perfectly suited to the subject.
