Rafels van Rio

Rafels van Rio is the name of the new book by jack-of-all-trades Gijs Wanders and it has a topical theme. With the world's focus on Brazil due to the World Cup, Rio de Janeiro's favelas should not go unnoticed. In collaboration with Lemniscaat, part of every book sold goes to the IBIS Foundation of Nanko van Buuren, the organization that works with children in the slums of Rio. National coach Louis van Gaal received the first copy of the book.
