Reis naar de sterren is a book that should certainly not be missing from our theme month about the universe. This nice, thick book was written by Belgian author Angelique van Ombergen (who has a ton of knowledge, be sure to read her website!)
She wrote this wonderful book together with Stijn Ilsen, a Belgian space engineer (that graduated from Technical University Delft). Together they tell you what's it all about in space travel, at this monent. If you read this book seriously to the end and you have good memory, you will also be an expert in space travel ;))
From young to older, this book is a huge succes here. So much information and no chit chat, but scientific facts from the writers own research and experience are told here. It will keep you busy reading for a while, but we actually like that a lot, it's a shame that it will be out soon! (Sadly not in English!)
