The fairies just can not agree, should Sleeping Beauty's princess dress turn pink or blue? And the cake should it be pink or blue? The cupcakes, pink or blue? You know what? We make the cupcakes lovely pink and beautiful blue, if that's not a good idea!

How to make Sleeping Beauty cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 170°C and slide the wire rack in the middle of the oven.

Mix the butter and sugar until creamy and of a pale yellow colour.

Mix in the eggs one by one and then mix in the vanilla.

Mix in the flour in parts until it is completely absorbed.

Finally add the milk and beat it in quickly.

Place the cases in the baking tin.

Spoon the cases to 3/4 full.

Bake the cupcakes 20 - 25 minutes.

Allow to cool in the tin.

Beat the cream until stiff.

Colour one half pink.

The other half blue.

Drill a hole using a teaspoon in the middle of the cupcakes and start the piping by filling the holes.

Spoon both colours into the piping bag.

Pipe double coloured rosettes on the cupcakes.

Sprinkle on some silver glitter.

Now nobody has to choose, pink or blue, we just hope Sleeping Beauty will love her cupcakes ;))
