100g Tony's chocolate, white
140g unsalted butter
140g icing sugar
black fondant icing
white fondant icing
mini-marshmallows
Today we make cute sheep with yesterday's chocolate cupcakes. First make the icing and while it sets in the refrigerator you already can shape the fondant icing. Mini monsters are happy to help you, but they will already snack on the marshmallows, so make sure there are some left for the sheep. But it's a lot of fun in the kitchen but not every day is Easter Day! ;))
How to make white chocolate icing
Melt the chocolate au bain marie.
Allow it to cool completely.
Mix butter and icing sugar together.
Stir in the cooled chocolate.
- Allow the icing to set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and when ready spread a thick layer of icing on top of the cupcakes
- While the icing is setting you can already shape the heads, ears and tails of the sheep
- First knead both colours fondant icing until soft

Stick the eyes together, press all loose parts into the icing.
Fill the open space on the cupcake with mini-marshmallows, press them into the icing
