These vintage Dutch children's tartlets are really simple, just egg cakes with whipped cream! They are great for Mother's Day, because all the mini-monsters help to make them, and Mum likes these cakes very much too. We cram them with fresh fruit, tasty and healthy. We made no recipe for you this time because these cakes you can invent youself ;) Also much fun on a Childrens Birthday party, the kid can make their own cake!
How to make the quick children's cakes
Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks appear.
Wash and peel the fruit, allow it to drain very well.
Cut the strawberries, the grapes and the pineapple.
We also use raspberries and blueberries.
Place the cakes upside down on a plate.
Stack them with the fresh fruit.
Put whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
