1 flat Turkish bread
2 tins of mackerel in tomato sauce
1 packet of tomato fritto
1/2 tablespoon Italian herbs
2 handful's of grated Gouda cheese
Today the second quick snack from the Fokke & Sukke cookbook Cook! on your own. This time we chose pizza slices with mackerel. For the mini-monsters - who do not like fish - we put on some salami. But on our half we have mackerel, how delicious the slices with fish are!

How to make pizza slices with mackerel
Preheat the grill.
Cut the bread lenghtwise.
Spread the fish on the bread.
Spoon the tomato sauce on it.
Sprinkle the herbs over it.
Sprinkle the pizza generously with the grated cheese.
Slide the pizza under the grill until the cheese has melted.
Cut the pizza in slices.
Variation: mackerel on oil, that's what we did!
