1 packet of puff pastry, frozen
1 can of hotdogs sausages
1 free range egg, lightly beaten
piece of Cheddar cheese
tomato ketchup
mustardchili sauce
We give the kids great pleasure with these hotdogs, we do not put them on a sad bun but we give them a crisp jacket of puff pastry with lots of cheese.

Defrost the puff pastry.
Grate cheese to taste on it.
Place the hot dogs.
Roll up the pastry.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Bake the hotdogs for 10 minutes.
Brush egg on the pastry.
Bake the hotdogs 5 minutes more.
Serve the hotdogs straight from the oven with the sauces on the side.
