40 grams of Teff flour
1 tablespoon of honey

The knights in the Middle Ages could certainly use a hearty breakfast, with all the sword fighting they did. Our mini-monsters have a busy day at school during the week, so they need a hearty bite in the morning too.There is a quick bowl of Teff porridge perfect for and we make it extra tasty with fruit. How to make Teff porridge in 2020
Stir the Teff-flour into the milk.
Put it on low heat.
Meanwhile cut the fruit.
Stir into the thickened porridge.
Stir in the cinnamon.
Drizzle with the honey and top with extra fruit.
