A special fantasy book was released at the end of 2019, it is called The Star Sheperd and was created by Dan Haring. His publisher put him in touch with young adult writer MarcyKate Connolly and together they made The Star Shepherd.
The book immediately starts off exciting, on the inside cover: (quote) When the world first formed, the night was black and populated with dark creatures. The Elders knew their people could not survive under such a threat. So they made the ultimate sacrifice: they gave their hearts to the sky in the form of brightly shining stars to keep evil away.
On the awesome black and white illustrations by Dan Haring you see the main character from the book, Kyro. He wants to be a keeper of the stars, like his father and he goes trough incredible adventures in this fantasy world.
We don't want to say too much about the story. When you start to read the book you want to finish it quickly. Then you will be sad it has ended! It is a very unusual and exciting story.
