250 ml double cream
3 tablespoons fine sugar
250g mascarpone
300 ml chocolate milk
½ teaspoon almond extract
20 speculaas biscuits
a piece Tony’s chocolate, milk or dark
kruidnootjes and chocolates, to decorate
Today we make a delicious Tiramisu, especially for Pakjesavond. Because it's Sinterklaas' evening, we use speculaasjes instead of Italian amaretti biscuits. We also forget the coffee and Amaretto because the mini-monsters also eat this dessert. What is Italian about our Tiramisu is the mascarpone and today it is from Albert Heijn, that's all we need! :))) Nevertheless, it tastes very good and is ready quickly, so Sinterklaas evening can start soon!
How to make Sinterklaas Tiramisu
You need a (glass) dish of --x-- cm
Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff.
Put the mascarpone in a bowl.
Stir the mascarpone until loosend.
Fold whipped cream and mascarpone together.
Stir the almond extract into the chocolate milk.
Soak the speculaas in it and lay a bottom of biscuits.
Spread a layer of the cream / mascarpone mixture on top.
Grate the chocolate.
Sprinkle the chocolate on top.
Lay speculaasjes on top.
Then a layer of cream mixture.
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top again.
Garnish the dessert with kruidnootjes.
Wrap it in cling film.
Refrigerate it until dinner time.
Serve the Tiramisu with a few Sinterklaas chocolates.
